INTENTIONAL LEADERSHIP
A WINTER MASTERCLASS SERIES
Intention is key to creating a life of deep fulfillment.
Most men lead their lives to one degree or another on auto-pilot.
The programs we unconsciously adopt help us to fit in and function in the world as it is.
Quite often though, this automated life of unconscious habits and adaptations, is a life of profound compromise.
Most of us were taught to deny and ignore that voice of the our authentic self.
Because for many of us when we were younger, showing up as who we truly were, meant the threat of being punished, teased, ridiculed, or rejected in one way or another.
So we learned to safe we had to modulate our behavior and expression to fit in. Often that meant hiding hide our true feelings, desires, and expressions from others.
As men, this programming hits extra hard.
There are so many double standards and unspoken expectations held over our heads that discovering who we truly are at our core, and having our own clear set of values that give us direction, can seem like an insurmountable feet.
And it's true, without the right tools, this is a big task.
Learning to trust yourself and inspiring the trust of others is about living and aligning with your core values.
This requires 2 things... Intention + integrity.
Intention and integrity combined act like a compass that aligns you with your True North.
That True North orientation is intrinsically connected to your authentic Self.
In this 30-day interactive community experience you'll get to move the needle closer to that True North by engaging practical tools, garnering support from a community of like minded men, gain the wisdom from teachers further along on the path, and have the accountability to create greater alignment between your day to day choices and the values that infuse your live with greater purpose.
Plus, we'll be diving into these potent topics during our live interactive calls with our guest experts:
