Each instruction video explains and demonstrates in detail how to move your tongue, lips and jaw into the correct position for that vowel. The practice videos review each technique and lead you in practicing the target vowel in 1-syllable words, multi-syllable words, and short sentences.
If you take your time and follow the directions carefully, use a mirror to copy my mouth position and match your sound to mine, your pronunciation of these 3 important vowels will improve significantly.
