Gemma is the visionary behind our mission and steers our ship towards growth. An experienced Online Business Mentor and Certified Mindset and Energy Coach, Gemma serves our clients, creates our programs and courses and is behind our content. She's a heady mix of 2/4 manifesting generator vibes, introvert, adhd and a - shall we say - odd sense of humour. Cries at the drop of a hat. Owner of four crazy cocker spaniels.

Lisa is Gemma’s second and supports her with all things marketing, tech and the smooth running of the business. She has 15 years of marketing experience and has run her own business for the past 7 years before taking this role at the Lighthouse. She was one of Gemma’s first graduates from the Conscious Consultant Certification and completely embodied everything she learnt.

She has 15 years of marketing experience and has run her own business for the past 7 years before taking this role at the Lighthouse. Violet is multi-passionate and comes with so much money and finance knowledge. She handles all things finance in our business, cracking the whip if cashflow or profit drops. She's a secret rebel fascinated by human behaviour. When she's not working, you'll find her lost in a romance novel.
